Our menu unashamedly reflects our own love of interesting, contemporary food: every dish is crafted with its own unique twists that let its flavours sing out. The right wine makes a good meal into a great one. We offer nearly 100 wines from both the Old and New Worlds, so you can pick a style, blend and vintage that will match your food to perfection. If you’re unsure where to begin the list includes expert descriptions from Charles, or ask one of our team who’ll be happy to help. Of course you may prefer a pint freshly drawn from the cask or champagne cider.

We use the abundant supply of local fresh produce in all our dishes – but we’re not limited by the behav iour of the weather as we believe that Taste should come first! So we have fresh fish caught and delivered daily from the South Coast, as well as locally smoked salmon and Selsey Crab as well as V enison and Pheasant managed by our local herdsman and culled to keep the numbers healthy. Our Ice Cream is made locally and as much of our cheese as possible. Even our Ale is locally brewed near Arundel. By using local and seasonal produce we ensure that our customers get the best flavour but we liv e in a global community and we buy internationally to supply only the best available.
